1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: You may return your item within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Brooches and pins must also be returned in their original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-designed items, as well as items marked as final sale, are not eligible for returns.
2. How to Return an Item

3. Refunds

- Refund Amount: The refund will cover the cost of the item, excluding original shipping charges. If your order had free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
